Javanese gamelan is played by ethnic Javanese who came to the Malay to accompany leather ] puppet theatre, dance or instrumental, and at weddings, circumcision, and so forth. Gamelan music began in the palace of Terengganu and Pahang in the 19th century when they received a set of gamelan from ] . This ensemble is also known as Gamelan Pahang. This music is played during the wedding of the first relatives of the Royal Pahang and Linga in 1811 and began expanding in the state. |
