| Good day, Mr. Grapes! I'm reading a huge (0ver 1000 pages) biography of ]. I've just stumbled onto a marvelous description of the theatre under Garrick's reign. In checking your article, much of this information is not in the section on the second theatre. The book gives a physcial description of the theatre both inside and out (the theatre complex was really a series of 10 connected buildings), including descriptions of the library and backstage areas as well as the public areas, but also there is a fairly extensive description of what attending a play at Drury Lane would have been like (including the prices for various seats). There is also a marvelous anecdote about Samuel Johnson saying he could not go into the green room anymore as the bosomy actresses excited his "amorous propensities." I would be more than happy to incorporate this material into the article. I would send you the details, but it's quite a good deal (about 4 pages worth). Let me know what you think. - I guess my comments from the 2009 appeal (which I did not actually oppose) still stand. I'm willing to believe there's a decent chance he won't be malicious, and if the community wants to put up with what a pain-in-the-ass he can be is even when he's being good, there's little reason not to give him another shot. Media uploaded to Misplaced Pages needs information on the SPECIFIC authorship and source of files, to ensure that it complies with copyright laws in various jurisdictions.
If it's entirely your own work, please include {{own}} in the relevant source field, amend the {{information}} added by a third party, ensuring that your user name (or name you want used for attribution) is clear in the author field, and change the license to an appropriate "self" variant (if such a license is not already used). You should also add an |author= parameter to the license tag, to assist reviews and image patrollers. You can also add |claimed=yes and an |author=to the {{media by uploader}} or {{presumed_self}} tag if it is present to indicate that you've acknowledged the image, and license shown (and updated the {{information}} where appropriate).
