Similarly he was the key person in installing the J.S. Educations. He is the member of Socio-Economic charitable forum. On the 23rd February 2014, Selvaraj succeeded A.Rajavelu Sengunthar to be the President of South Indian Sengunthar Mahajana Sangam, securing the majority of votes in the election. From then, he devoted to the fullest for the growth of the Association. The implements during his period like Association Membership Election, Society's Property Right Act and many took him to greater heights.
