Charlie Ray (born Charlotte Ray Rosenberg on March 8, 1992) is an American actress. She is most well-known for her role as Rosemary Telesco in the film Little Manhattan. She also played the part of Belinda, a victim of an underage prostitution ring, in episode 8x07 of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. That episode first premiered on November 14, 2006. Born in New York City, New York, she is the younger sister of filmmaker Jackson Waite of California. She loves to dance and has been dancing since age three.
