Mearns Castle High School is a secondary school in Newton Mearns, a suburb of Glasgow, Scotland. The school is situated on Waterfoot Road. Newton Mearns is an affluent commuter suburb, and consequently the school achieves consistently high marks in school performance tables.

The head teacher is Mr Alan McGinlay. The school has recently received a new extension. The Media Studies Department is one of the best in the Scotland ,consistenly achieves high marks.

In 2006 the school again finished first in the school performance table.

Mearns Castle is situated next to Maxwell Mearns Church, which hosts the numerous services for all yeargroups throughout the year. It is also positioned next to Mearns Castle, hence the name, "Mearns Castle High School".
