There is a difference between "simple" and "other" vandalism - the exception to the 3R rule applies to "such as graffiti or page blanking (this only applies to the most simple and obvious vandalism)" - that isn't what we had here - it was "other" vandalism and so the exception doesn't apply. There is a difference between "simple" and "other" vandalism - the exception to the 3R rule applies to "such as graffiti or page blanking (this only applies to the most simple and obvious vandalism)" - that isn't what we had here - it was "other" vandalism and so the exception doesn't apply.
