Andy Zaltzman is a British political comedian best known for his work with John Oliver. He attended Tonbridge School and then went up to University College Oxford where he spent time as sports editor of the Oxford Student newspaper.
Since John Oliver moved to New York to work on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Andy Zaltzman has performed a one-man stand-up show. He performed at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival for the first time in 2007, where he won the coveted "Piece of Wood" award, awarded to the best show as voted by other comedians performing at the Festival.
