Creating a page stub for "James Naleski"

Hi,

I wondered if creating a page stub for James Naleski would be okay as he was recently inducted into "Marquis Who's Who" and he is working for several elected officials and directing several films. Concerning the recently deleted CIPDH page

Not sure where to post it, but as you were the one to delete the page, here's what I found:

• Investigation of the CIPDH, with Matias Meroving as one of the only "actual" members
• More information on the CIPDH and Matias Meroving
• Previous account used for the same purposes

Hi Chaotic Enby. I'm assuming you're referring to User:Matias.Meroving/CIPDH. Comité International pour la Protection des Droits de l’Homme. The short answer is, not much. Neither User:Matias.Meroving1983 nor User:Matias.Meroving have edited in years, so there's nothing that SPI would be able to help us with here. However, if you observe either of these accounts resuming activity and/or new accounts creating related hoaxes, then please let me know. -FASTILY 07:17, 26 September 2023 (UTC)

Hi Fastily. Would you mind taking a look at File:Photo of Roderick L. Evans.jpeg? The first issue is that it's an overwritten file which is not necessary if the uploader is the copyright holder of each image. The second issue is whether the uploader is indeed the copyright holder of either image. The uploader looks to be a WP:SPA with respect to Roderick L. Evans and most likely has a strong connection to Evans. It possible, I guess, that the uploader took the photos themselves (the EXIF data is a bit iffy and it's not clear which of the two its for) so maybe VRT isn't needed, but not sure. -- Marchjuly (talk) 05:31, 26 September 2023 (UTC)

Kangueane
