== Title should be Vancouver B.C. ==
According to wikipedia "Vancouver, Washington" was incorporated in 1867. Gastown was the name of this town before it was renamed some 20 years later in 1886 to Vancouver, British Columbia according to wikipedia "Vancouver".
Let us be consistent. There are at least two Vancouvers and the reader should easily identify which one is being addressed. ] (]) 21:36, 29 August 2022 (UTC)
:The name only really would cause confusion for people in the Portland area, in Seattle I've only ever heard The Washington one be specified. I think most people in the world would assume a major world city and not a large Portland suburb when they see Vancouver. ] (]) 22:25, 7 September 2022 (UTC)
:No. You can’t have the name. Why don’t you change your town’s name to North Portland to avoid the confusion ] (]) 17:47, 24 March 2023 (UTC)

UBC
Under education it mentions UBC as top 20 best public universities in Canada, it should be 20 best public universities in the World. There aren't even 20 universities in Canada Vancouvercorrectnesss (talk) 17:43, 6 June 2023 (UTC)

Change: " UBC often ranks among the top 50 best universities in the world and is ranked among the 20 best public universities in Canada" to: UBC often ranks among the top 50 best universities in the world and is ranked among the 20 best public universities in the World.
The statement was incorrect as there aren't even 20 public universities in Canada, and original source follows the correction Vancouvercorrectnesss (talk) 17:46, 6 June 2023 (UTC)
- Not done. UBC does often rank among the first 20 public universities in Canada. Furthermore, there are over 100 public universities in Canada. I added a citation to further confirm that. Cocobb8 (talk) 16:00, 7 June 2023 (UTC)
"Preside"
I do not understand the use of "preside" in the 2nd paragraph of the Ethnicity section.Beyond My Ken (talk) 04:49, 2 September 2023 (UTC) Beyond My Ken (talk) 04:49, 2 September 2023 (UTC)
Panorama View (Picture)
Panorama view (from Stanley Park) picture shows outdated view of downtown Vancouver. How do I upload (license) my own work and upload new panorama picture? I can go and take it, I live nearby. Please explain. Thank you. 24.87.14.45 (talk) 02:10, 8 October 2023 (UTC)
