Spider-Man 3 will be one of the sequels to the popular 2002 film Spider-Man and is planned for an American release on May 4th, 2007. The movie will be directed by Sam Raimi. While, Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst, and James Franco are the confirmed returning cast members from the previous two Spider-Man movies.

From what the audience saw at the end of Spider-Man 2, Harry Osborn (James Franco) may return to be the second Green Goblin as he did in the comics. The human halves of Lizard (Dr. Curt Connors, Peter's college professor) and Man-Wolf (John Jameson, Mary Jane's fiancé) also both appeared in the second movie (Spider-Man 2).
