It consists of five parts describing the universe, the mind, the spirit and the foundations of a healthy society. For example, the first "sutra" states that Brahma (Supreme State) is the composite of Shiva (consciousness) and Shakti (energy or the creative prinicples of binding consciousness into what we call the universe).
