Courtesy ping: Wikishovel), we have Draft:Laxmi Maharana created this morning by another IP from the same 2409:40E2: range, subsequently edited by a new SPA Rtrtyu. The content isn't identical to the most recent deleted one, but similar enough IMO. I was going to block and delete, but thought I'd run it by for 2nd opinion. - Also, there's an existing (although not very recent) SPI at Misplaced Pages:Sockpuppet investigations/Tinkubhoi/Archive which seems connected. - Maliner as you wish, otherwise my default is to respond publicly to any Misplaced Pages email unless there is a clear reason for not doing so (sensitivity of the post, copyright, attachments}.
