Kibera Soccer FC is a football team based in Kibera, Nairobi, Kenya. It is comprised of a men's and women's team, both recently promoted to Kenya's Division I Premier League (3rd Tier). Kibera FC is the first informal settlement team to reach the Premier League.
The women’s and men’s teams, comprised of young athletes from informal settlement communities, the teams compete weekly in venues nationwide. They also participate in community service and forums with collaborating NGOs, partner schools, and health centers to promote youth health and wellness and girls’ empowerment through sexual reproductive health, awareness of gender-based violence, and education advocacy. Using their national platform, the Kibera FC establishes an ecosystem among and between schools, clubs, federations, governments, NGOs, and informal settlement communities.

Kibera FC is a partner of CFK Africa, a Kenya-based NGO that empowers youth in informal settlements. In collaboration with CFK Africa programming, Kibera FC players act as mentors, educators, and role models to these youth.
