The 2025 Rugby Championship is set to be the fourteenth edition of the annual Southern Hemisphere rugby union competition, involving Argentina, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. South Africa are the defending champions and kick off the tournament against Australia on 16 August. The three traditional unions, also known as the Tri-Nations (SANZAR), announced their 2025 home fixtures in November and December 2024. A notable fixture is set to be played between Argentina and South Africa in the final round at Twickenham Stadium in London. It is the second time a Rugby Championship match has been played at Twickenham Stadium, after a Argentina/Australia test in 2016.

It is also the last tournament before the beginning of the Nations Championship, which turns the event from an annual tournament to a biennial tournament. The next edition of the Rugby Championship is expected to be in 2027.
