lol, sorry if I've been feeding the troll. I'll try to read up on the history a bit more. It looks pretty classic. theanphibian 05:45, 29 May 2007 (UTC)

Wow, so now we all have a Renewable Energy Bias. Lovely... theanphibian 06:21, 29 May 2007 (UTC)

GFDL on Image:VCRonaldNielStuart.jpg

Hi, Woohookitty. I noticed that you marked Image:VCRonaldNielStuart.jpg as GFDL in this edit. The image is currently used in an article that has been submitted to FAC. The image page does not contain any links to the source, so I cannot verify the copyright status. Did you find the image online when you applied the tag? If so, I'd appreciate it if you could add a link to the image page, or let me know where I can find it. Thanks, Pagrashtak 14:44, 29 May 2007 (UTC)

Thanks. The discussion here might be helpful. Pagrashtak 23:13, 29 May 2007 (UTC)

Re: Jordin Sparks image

Sorry, didn't get your message until just now. (With finals and things, haven't been logging on a lot.) Shall do my best to keep that thing off the article (in fact, had to remove it 5 seconds ago. -_-) MissMJ 01:04, 30 May 2007 (UTC)

recent activity block

I guess there wasn't much I could do. I did create a bit of a disruption in having a type of revert war. Thanks for looking in to it. --CyclePat 19:32, 30 May 2007 (UTC)

Please take a look

Hello, since you seem to be aware of the issue I have filed an RfC on CyclePat. Please foloow this link if you are willing Misplaced Pages:Requests for comment/Cyclepat. Æon 03:02, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

CFD

Hi there! I was closing some CFDs and hit an edit conflict with you. Since I was editing by page rather than by section, this overwrote your changes. But it turns out that our closings are identical, so this should not be a problem; I'll restore them if this bothers you. Cheers, >Radiant< 10:52, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

User:RunningManCorporation

Hi; I hope you do not mind, but I inserted a {{usernameblock}} notice on the talk page of this user, whom you indefblocked as a username violation. It seemed to me that you might have overlooked it; please accept my apologies if you had not.--Anthony.bradbury 11:30, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

Re: Advice

Thanks for the helpful advice, and I'll keep that in mind, although I don't see the RfA passing at this point, unfortunately. hmwithtalk 05:18, 2 June 2007 (UTC)

Orient-thai (talk · contribs)

Just a heads-up, the other articles being edited were subsidiaries of Orient Thai Airlines and the edits are pretty PR-ish (including phone numbers, websites, etc). I took it to WP:COIN...cheers. RJASE1 14:34, 3 June 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:IWasAMaleWarBride.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:IWasAMaleWarBride.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Misplaced Pages articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Misplaced Pages:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Misplaced Pages policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Misplaced Pages page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 05:04, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
