—{{{cite}}}
Usage
This template is for epigraphs or pull quotes meant to stand out, not for regular long quotations. The difference with {{Quote}} is that the attribution has the text size than the quote (instead of being slightly smaller).
The quote parameter is required. The cite parameter is optional. Cut-’n’-paste:
{{epigraph | quote = | cite = }}
Examples
From "T-26".
{{epigraph | quote = The tank of the Spanish Civil War: T-26B | cite = Lucas Molina Franco }}
Result
The tank of the Spanish Civil War: T-26B
—Lucas Molina Franco
With a note
{{epigraph | quote = The greatest caution must be used in deducing general lessons from this war: a little adroitness and it will be possible to use it to “prove” any preconceived theory | cite = Anonymous British attaché to the Spanish Republic<ref>Zaloga, </ref> }} ... <references />
Result
The greatest caution must be used in deducing general lessons from this war: a little adroitness and it will be possible to use it to “prove” any preconceived theory
—Anonymous British attaché to the Spanish Republic
