Asian University of Bangladesh (Template:Lang-bn) or AUB is a private university of Bangladesh. It was established on 4th January,1996 by the Private University Act 1992. AUB has three campuses in Uttara, Dhanmondi, and Rajshahi. The university is affiliated by University Grants Commission (Bangladesh) and managed by Asian University Trust.

AUB comprises five schools:

Academic session

The university provides three semesters in an academic year. The duration of each semester is four months.
