No assertion or demonstration that this topic is notable within science fiction or political science, no sources whatsoever put forward in over two years, despite a previous AfD nomination in which this matter was discussed at some length. The article, at present, is a dictionary definition with a list of vaguely associated examples. Deletion does not prevent re-creation of an article with focus and sources. - Comment - It needs better sources, but I would imagine "President of Earth" to be a topic covered by more than one published literary critic.
