Kappa Gamma Psi is a performing arts fraternity in the United States. Its membership was originally restricted to males, but it is now coeducational. It was one of the first fraternities to be devoted to the performing arts and originally had chapters at twelve other universities throughout the United States. Only one chapter remains active, Iota Chapter, at Ithaca College in upstate New York.

Kappa Gamma Psi was founded on December 11, 1913 at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, Massachusetts.

Deux Preludes, a work for flute, clarinet, and bassoon by the Czech-born composer Karel Husa, was commissioned by the Ithaca College chapter of Kappa Gamma Psi in 1966.
