Nukem on all my donations to English Misplaced Pages!Patriotmissile 20:04, 26 October 2007 (UTC)

thanks for photos

i saw several photos in Commons which you made. thanks for your contributions, and its good to let you know that I use these pictures on Korea University article(korean). I thought that you may be a student of KU with fluent English or international students of KU. I hope you to contribute the article, now it doesn't seem to be an 'encyclopedia' thing. Contributing will be more useful than fighting with useless words. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pudmaker (talkcontribs) 06:06, 29 October 2007 (UTC)

Keyngez 06:35, 12 November 2007 (UTC)

실제, 서울은 그렇게 깨끗한 도시가 아닙니다.--Keyngez 06:45, 12 November 2007 (UTC)

Keyngez, why don'y learn Korean more fluently? Your Korean is so clumsy and inappripriate. I can't even understand fully what you have tried to express. Speak English, since your Korean is awkward! It looks obvious that you're a foreigner lives in Korea. I have no idea where you originated from. May be Japan, Taiwan, China, or somewhere else. However, it is clearly not true that your claim that Seoul is a dirty city. I am sure that your dirty intention to harm Seoul and Korea let you commit a series of your misdemeanors.

I reported you to administrators as the user commiting vandalism. Your behaviours are not patriotic to your country and those behaviours of yours made you nothing but a true disgrace of your country.Patriotmissile 18:37, 12 November 2007 (UTC)

A note about blocking

As noted in the large banner on the top of this page, the blocking policy page isn't the page to request blocks. For repeated blatant vandalism, try WP:AIV. For non-blantant repeated vandalism, please see WP:ANI. --Bfigura 21:41, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

Page protection may be requested here, please review the instructions on the page carefully before filing a request. Protection is generally only granted in instances where multiple users are repeatedly vandalizing a page. Best, --Bfigura 22:40, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
In other words, now that that one user has stopped vandalizing, it's highly unlikely that the page will be protected. Just wanted to let you know. Best, --Bfigura 22:42, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

Your AIV report

Thank you for making a report about Jjk82 (talk · contribs · block log) on Misplaced Pages:Administrator intervention against vandalism. Reporting and removing vandalism is vital to the functioning of Misplaced Pages and all users are encouraged to revert, warn, and report vandalism. However, administrators are generally only able to block users if they have received a recent final warning (one that mentions that the user may be blocked) and they have recently vandalized after that warning was given. The reported user has not yet been blocked because it appears this has not occurred yet. If this user continues to vandalize even after their final warning, please report them to the AIV noticeboard again. Thank you! Sandstein (talk) 21:53, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

Welcome to Misplaced Pages. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, we remind you not to attack other editors, as you did on User talk:Sandstein. Please comment on the contributions and not the contributors. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Sandstein (talk) 22:15, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
Oh I guess there was misunderstanding on my comment on your box. I just wanted to thank you for your rapid response. Why do I have any reasons to attck you? If you consider my comment as a hostile one, I apologize for it. However, I actually thanked you, not attack you!Patriotmissile (talk) 23:44, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
I think his point was that you attacked User:Jjk82 on User talk:Sandstein. It's not only a personal attack if it's made on the attackee's talk page. Sarcasticidealist (talk) 00:34, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
Oh, I was confused that the editor he mentioned referred administrator himself.
Apologies for the revert on South Korea - it was the result of a mis-read on my part. Thank you, -- Anonymous Dissident 01:18, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
You're quite welcome. Please let me know how to block revisions, even temporarily.Patriotmissile (talk) 01:25, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

"Patriotism"

Regarding your comments

Do you think your acts are benevolent to your own country? Do you consider your misconducts are patriotic and heroic acts to your country?

regarding User:Jjk82, please note that Misplaced Pages does not consider how acts may be perceived outside of the encyclopedia - unless based on accuracy or bias in respect of the article. Misplaced Pages cannot take sides in disputes over content. LessHeard vanU (talk) 02:01, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

User:Jjk82 appears to have stopped for now.

Not all of the sources he added were of questionable verifiability. Though all the edits I saw were very POV. Perhaps now you can engage in dialogue with him about editing. Good luck. Please place another report at WP:AN/I if his edits are disruptive. Report to Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard/3RR if he violates the Misplaced Pages:Three-revert rule. Please continue to involve other edits and to seek consensus as you have done. Cheers, :) Dlohcierekim 03:06, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

To make a better wipipedia, and to make a better world in further, I will to do so as you recommened. Briefly, yeah some of his references may be based on facts. However, most of those facts are just tiny examples occurred so rarely in South Korean society. The user Jjk82 seemed to magnify those just to harm South Korea on purpose. For example, even though there actually was a single serial killer in a society, one can't claim that the society is full of crazy killers by citing the news article referring to the serial killer. In addtion, many of Jjk82's references are originated from individuals, leading to loss of balance and fairness. Thank you.Patriotmissile (talk) 03:25, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

He has commented on the talk page. Perhaps you can open a dialogue and work together to improve the article. Cheers, :) Dlohcierekim 03:36, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

In case

Many editors into Korean related article definitely think that User:Jjk82 makes very disruptive vandalism on them and violates a 3RR rule. However, in some viewpoint, he can not be considered as a vandal, so please remind that you're also in danger of the 3RR rule on the South Korea article per the strict standard. Thanks--Appletrees (talk) 04:27, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

CIVILITY

Keyngez, why don'y learn Korean more fluently? Your Korean is so clumsy and inappripriate. I can't even understand fully what you have tried to express. Speak English, since your Korean is awkward! It looks obvious that you're a foreigner lives in Korea. I have no idea where you originated from. May be Japan, Taiwan, China, or somewhere else. the above is most certainly not civil. Your comment regarding where the editor orginated from is highly offensive. I also find it ironic that while commenting on their "clumsy" use of Korean, you use the word "inappripriate" - however that user is polite enough not to insult you based on your English ability (or lack of). thanks and have a great day !! Sennen goroshi (talk) 12:53, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

Hmmm, it is so interesting that you Sennen goroshi have walked the same way with other two seemingly Japanese users, Jjk82 and Keyngez. Can I ask you what Sennen goroshi stands for in Japanese? Please be rational! Your behaviour sculpts other users' responses. Let's just see what comes on next.Patriotmissile (talk) 15:12, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
It's nice that you are taking an interest in my name, it comes from Naruto it is a term used when performing Kancho.Sennen goroshi (talk) 15:32, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
Well, unfortunately, I have no idea what you're saying. I mean I have no idea what naruto(??) and Kancho (??) stand for. Are they from Spanish? Sounds like that way. By the way, I left a message to your box. I am expecting your response.Patriotmissile (talk) 15:50, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
Just for the record, I transer a message I left on your box,
Sennen goroshi, I found you just have joined the club along with your friends, Keyngez Keyngez and Jjk82 Jjk82, in which people who like to change and add contents in all Korea=related articles in a disruptive way.

First of all, upon your remark on your recent revision on the South Korea article, you said to me that the leave the contents supported with your so-called justifiable references and try to argue with some positive contents. I will tell you what. First, your idea telling the references you are urging that they cover the disruptive contents so firmly in a rational way is just merely your own opinion. Those references, mostly cited from news papers, were just topics introducing a small part of society. It is you and your seemingly friend, Jjk82, who draw the disruptive conclusions about the characters of South Korean society. You and your friend cannot generalize the society with small cases with aggresive attitude.

Let's say this way. For instance, last time I saw the news article referring a psychopathic Japanese lady killer who poisoned and killed children with no certain reasons. Can I bring and cite the news to Japan article here in Misplaced Pages and urge most Japanese ladies have a tendency to kill children? Absolutely not accepatble, right?

In addition, I have lots of articles referring to poverty and starved-to-death homeless persons in Tokyo, Japan, as well as the news article telling the full of hatred toward foreigners and foreign workers by Japanese people. Do you want me to generalize and define the characters of Japanese in the Japan article here in Misplaced Pages by quoting those articles? I can start it rightnow as you guys have done to the South Korea article, but I am a rational person.

Why don't you do some positive contribution to your Japanese-related articles, rather than spending your times on disrupting Korea-realetd articles in Wikipedua. I also found that you have a history to argue with other Korean fellow, and you harrassed him by saying unacceptable words. Please be courteous to other Wikiusers

3RR

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors.

it is only fair that I inform you, of the report that I have made regarding edit-warring and possible breach of the Three Revert Rule.

you will find the report, and may comment on the following link:

Sennen goroshi (talk) 15:58, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

That goes exactly to you, too, Sennen goroshi. As you can see my box, most administrators have the same opinion that the contents you are protecting in South Korea are disruptive. I will gift you the same tag to you.Patriotmissile (talk) 16:05, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

Why did you place a 3RR tag on my user page, when I have made only ONE edit on the South Korea article?

How is making ONE edit, in violation of the 3RR(Three revert rule)?Sennen goroshi (talk) 16:45, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

Here's a simple answer to your question, Sennen goroshi . You just reverted the contents to the certain version, which has been reverted mutiple times by your friendly user, Jjk82, and also judged to be disruptive by administrators. In terms of series of disruptive reversion in article, you just have violated 3RR rule, I think.Patriotmissile (talk) 17:38, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
erm no. not quite. I am not responsible for the edits of JJK82, if he/she made multiple reverts, then perhaps he/she is guilty of 3RR, but as I only made one edit, then I am most certainly not guilty of any breach of the 3RRSennen goroshi (talk) 17:43, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
Hmmm did you even understand what I've said? Well you just made settle-downed issue iterated on purpose. In terms of the ultimate purpose of 3RR rule, you just violated. Now can you get it?Patriotmissile (talk) 19:08, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

Apology to Patriotmissile

Hi, Patriotmissile, I'm terribly sorry for my wrong notice regarding the 3RR rule which causes a painful trouble to you. You didn't violate the rule, but I just wanted to calm you down because almost everyone into the articles think Jjk82's behaviors are obviously disruptive. I somewhat expect Sennen goroshi might be following my edits as he always does. This is not a first time Senne does that kind of disruption. We must keep cool and not be trapped by those kind of editors for constructive Misplaced Pages. I have several unpleasant experiences cuased by Sennen goroshi. He is always on the hot seat regarding civility issue. So you don't need to worry about his actions. Just stay calm. And again, I deeply apology to you, Patriotmissile. --Appletrees (talk) 17:24, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

You're quite welcome, Appletrees. I know you didn't put me that kinda charge on me. I thank you for your considerate careness. By the way, I found the user Sennen goroshi has abused you much. If you don't mind I will raise the issue about his misdeameanors on you. Thank you again.Patriotmissile (talk) 17:44, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
Thank you for the kind acceptance. I filed a report once regarding his vandalism but my clumsy and lengthy wordings just made the person to escape. I think it is quite right time to do so, because he keeps continuing the disruptions to 3 people right now. And his hatred feelings against Kim Ki-duk can also be included as well. Please see below.
have there been any more documented cases of this barbaric director committing acts of animal cruelty? or were these disgusting cases of barbarism only in this one sick movie?Sennen goroshi (talk) 06:44, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
What an irony he warns people on civility as if he were an admins. That looks just quite odd. --Appletrees (talk) 17:55, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

Tip ; WP:ANI

I think the report should be onto WP:ANI. The vandalism thread is not for the purpose. --Appletrees (talk) 18:09, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for your precious tip. I will work on it there.Patriotmissile (talk) 19:33, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
I'm also working on the incident report. I'll fill up some useful info to your future report later, but now I gotta go to grab something to eat (I'm very hungry! ^^). See you. --Appletrees (talk) 19:37, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

The timing

I think you're a relatively newbie, so in my opinion, you seem not to know of what is 3RR and vandalism reports. The misplaced report can cause just an irritation to admins, therefore we need to report his disruption precisely to WP:ANI now. I also left a comment to one of admins intervening your vandalism report on Sennen. User_talk:TSO1D I got positive answer regarding whether it is okay to report the Sennen's behaviors.

I think If I had not encountered User:Sennen goroshi since late September, I might've never known 3RR rules, WP:ANI report and other complex rules. You might think so as well.

I admit that I hesitated a bit to report his disruptions by myself this time, because I've reported three incidents at WP:ANI including User:Sennen goroshi's harassments and vandalism to me and the other two related to mere vandalisms on my talk page. I didn't even know proper way to report the incidents at the times, in turn, I just made him escape from any punishment with my lengthy wordings. Due to the reason, my reports were not fully paid attention from admins. Any editors who are not an admins also can participate in discussion at WP:ANI. and I got some bitter comments from them. Some thought that I'm making a big deal with disputes with Sennen. The other two reports are regarded as trivia because there were lots of more serious cases.

This is English wikipedia, and I feel that admins here don't want any dispute regardless of which side is right or wrong. In addition, the numbers of editors into Korean related articles are much less 1/10 than editors into the neighbor countries. Sennen was also reported by another user at WP:ANI for Sennen' leaking the reporter's personal info to revenge the user for his real friend sake. However, Sennen got any punishment as well. That was the beginning of his disruption since he made his account.

Maybe some admins do think that the report is a mere matter of content disputes and don't care about it. Besides, if the report is delayed further, some admins would not care for the report because they are concentrating on 'very recent cases'. And the disruptive person is active around Eastern time evening. Therefore, we need to report as soon as possible. Thanks --Appletrees (talk) 02:57, 26 November 2007 (UTC)

Hi Appletrees, I fully agree with your idea. It is way too vast to be controlled thoroughly by administrators. As you recommended, I will work this out in cooperation with you guys, especially during weekends. Thank you for your valuable tips all the time.Patriotmissile (talk) 15:23, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
This weekend is too late. In my opinion, you should've reported it yesterday. The sooner action is better to get more opinions from admins. And as Sennen's self-claim, he is an English instructor from English speaking world living in Japan. (who knows what ethnicity he is, but he seems to read Japanese and Korean language). Therefore, mentioning his nationality could not get positive answers. Besides, Jjk82 looks an English teacher residing in South Korea. I read your wording on South Korea talk page. I know you're very upset, but that is what he wants. The tone for the rationale should be calm and look neutral as well. The report shouldn't be long just several sentences are enough to initiate a discussion at ANI. --Appletrees (talk) 23:00, 26 November 2007 (UTC)

Misplaced Pages:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#Vandalism_and_incivility

Hello Patriotmissile. This message is being sent to inform you that there currently is a discussion at Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue that you may be involved with. You are free to comment at the discussion, but please remember to keep your comments within the bounds of the civility and "no personal attack" policies. Thank you.

--Appletrees (talk) 14:14, 27 November 2007 (UTC)

Hello Appletrees, I appreciate for your notice. I will assert my opinion there in a civil way. Thank you.Patriotmissile (talk) 16:37, 27 November 2007 (UTC)

Request for arbitration

A request for arbitration has been placed at Misplaced Pages:Requests for arbitration#Korean cuisine. The arbitration involves not only the issues with Korean cuisine but the issues with editing the article South Korea and the civility of multiple editors.--Chef Christopher Allen Tanner, CCC (talk) 07:30, 30 November 2007 (UTC)

Bullying

Patriotmissile, after reviewing the thread at Talk:South Korea#Sennen Goroshi, I notice you have engaged in serious bullying and harassment of Sennen goroshi. You are personalising a content dispute by demonising your opponents and engaging in aggressive, ad hominem attacks against them. This is unacceptable. I am now putting you on notice to stop that behaviour, or you will be blocked, and for a long time. Please stop all interaction with S.g. and comments about him, except for concise, matter-of-fact comments about particular edits you need to discuss. Any disparaging remark about him that can be seen as a resumption of your bullying behavior will lead to a block.

Fut.Perf. 14:57, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

Excuse me. I don;t know what bullying stands for. Will you leave me an explanation for me here?
I came across this vandalism warning you gave to User:Jjk82. After reviewing most of his edits, I concluded that, though his edits generally do not conform to Misplaced Pages policies, they are made in good faith and properly cited, and thus has nothing at all to do with vandalism. I have removed all vandalism warnings on his talk page after consideration. Please refrain, in the future, from putting vandalism warning templates on other users' talk pages in a content dispute. This bad-faith act is unacceptable. Aran|heru|nar 06:58, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
Great, so this is the way how Misplaced Pages goes, right? I guess I made some incensed comments, but I really can't believe you, administrators (?), give a credit to peson like Sennen goroshi, who has shown so obvious aggresive intent toward South Korea. If this is a so-called US-style justice in English Misplaced Pages, fine with me. One question, I'd like to raise is that what the standard is for being administrators in Misplaced Pages. Any long-tern wikiusers automatically become administrators, and are considered as some kind of guru here? Please, see the fact. Regardless of the judgement of you guys, I think Misplaced Pages has been used as antagonistic propaganda against whoever one doesn't like. For instance, I can't believe how many racial crimes occur every single day in US and Western countries, but in Misplaced Pages, are these countries described as racist country? Come one. I know you guys can speak ENGLISH much better than me. That's a huge weapon of you guys. Do you guys knolw how many pollutes are produced by so-called developed countries? Now I will call all those countries as dirty and disgusting countries, like what Sennen goroshi and Jjk82 did.
Thank you so much for having me chance to see what true Misplaced Pages and its spirit and purpose of being. I won't forget. I just regret that I realize this too late.Patriotmissile 02:03, 4 December 2007 (UTC)
