Can someone include the original screenshots of when this was first shown off at spaceworld? :Will look into this if I remember to. I guess publicly-released screenshots have no copyright, right? (], 12:10, 13 Apr 2005, GMT) | :Will look into this if I remember to. I guess publicly-released screenshots have no copyright, right? (], 12:10, 13 Apr 2005, GMT)
I wouldnt say the art style was anything close to anime-style, in fact that's why i -didn't- like it so much. I mean if that's chibi, then so is every 'toon' in america. | I wouldnt say the art style was anything close to anime-style, in fact that's why i -didn't- like it so much. I suppose technically there weren't any introductions before, but I doubt that's what the sentence is meant to say. | I suppose technically there weren't any introductions before, but I doubt that's what the sentence is meant to say.

:Yes, there have been grappling devices before--ALttP introduced the Hookshot that has since featured in later games--but the Grappling Hook in this case is a proper "hook" with rope and all, and probably operates differently (I've never played TWW). But certainly a mention could be made that it's the intellectual descendant of the Hookshot.

First of all, the wording of the first paragraph is a bit wrong: "(...) the introduction of new items such as the Grappling Hook and Deku Leaf were added." I suppose technically there weren't any introductions before, but I doubt that's what the sentence is meant to say. Secondly, I'm pretty sure Ocarina of Time already featured a Grappling Hook, although it might have a different function now...? Retodon8
