- βcommand2 ... you mentioned being on the blacklist is "a lot worse" than having content removed. Can you elaborate on the related consequences? All we really want is the Edictator-Trash accusing us of Spamming and CoI removed. If we can clean up this mess and you ban all mention of us on Misplaced Pages that is fine by me. We really want nothing to do with Misplaced Pages any further, and by the looks of your "ban list" it includes such nefarious perpetrators as the "evil candlemakers of America," so if we are lumped in with those "evil people" so be it. - βcommand2 ... you mentioned being on the blacklist is "a lot worse" than having content removed. I will wait to read the review on the requests before deciding next course of action. I will wait to read the review on the requests before deciding next course of action. I will say that, going on a year later, I am tired of dealing with this, and I am going to get serious about getting it cleaned up. If that requires retaining legal counsel, so be it.

I've Been Censored ... Can't Respond on Proper Pages Anymore

Editors involved in the Deletion Review: Please be advised that someone blocked my account so I apparently can't debate the deletion review any more. I love the censorship you guys offer in your "open platform", LOL. We have other IP addresses I can logon with, but I'll refrain from using them. I am reading and following the related things.

Anyway my preferred solution:

- Delete all related pages.
- If you want to, blacklist us ... go ahead. We aren't actually spammers so marking us as such is kind of a misnomer, but then again, Misplaced Pages tends to get everything wrong anyway, and if that is the price to trade to clean up your Wiki-edictator slandering, then so be it.

Relevant Pages Marked for Deletion Review

As per wiki-edictator request, the relevant pages have been marked for a deletion review. You guys really aren't very organized. When an issue has been resolved, permanently, it should be resolved. Why an issue that is resolved is then later challenged by whatever next wiki-edictators shows up blows my mind. All these pages should be courtesy blanked if not deleted.

Misplaced Pages:WikiProject

Can you link where the issue has been discussed with "senior Wiki-SysOps"? Thanks, Snowolf 20:17, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

Indeed, if you intend to have that page deleted, you can propose it's deletion by following the instructions here. Continuing to blank the page will only lead to you being blocked from editing. Cheers, ➪HiDrNick! 20:21, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
I'm sorry, but it's not up to me to prove that there have been a discussion on the matted. I see none, you provide none. The page stays as it was before your blanking. Any further would be a 3RR violation. Snowolf 20:36, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Misplaced Pages pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 20:17, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on . Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. Snowolf 20:20, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with Astral (talk) 20:35, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

Your recent edits could give editors of Misplaced Pages the impression that you may consider legal or other "off-wiki" action against them, or against Misplaced Pages itself. Please note that this is strictly prohibited under Misplaced Pages's policies on legal threats and civility. Users who make such threats may be blocked. If you have a genuine dispute with the Community or its members, please use dispute resolution. ➪HiDrNick! 21:39, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

First off, "These two pages and any related pages need to be removed and deleted. They violate our trademarks" sounds like a legal threat to me. Secondly, editing the comments of others to make it appear that I said something that I did not, as you did here, is considered rude and confusing. Please don't do it again. ➪HiDrNick! 22:10, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

I'm not sure what you expect of me here. I properly listed your request to have those pages deleted, there will be some discussion and they may or may not be deleted. If you have any other pages you intend to include in the deletion request, you need to explicitly link them on the MfD page, or they will not be deleted.
You also seem to have a severe misunderstanding of what the word trademark means. Your trademark on the name of your company gives you legal recourse if another company goes into business in the same market that you operate in attempting to use a name confusingly similar to yours. You seem to be arguing that your trademark permits you to censor the way that other people refer to your company; it doesn't. ➪HiDrNick! 22:20, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
