Epica

Epica is an atmospheric gothic metal band from Holland, founded by guitarist/vocalist Mark Jansen after he left After Forever. The music itself resembles After Forever's style with a combination of operatic singer and black metal riffing, with sephardic pipe organ touches. The band's current name derives from the Kamelot album, Epica.
