Don't be a goofy and hypocrite folken already confirmed daizenshuu 7 listed tenshin as an alien in the discussion above" Toriyama didn't write the Daizenshû himself, but he has read it, enjoyed it, and he approved the book for release. We also know that he himself wrote some paragraphs in the book. Thus it's a canonical source. However we can wonder how the "tenshinhan is an extraterrestrial" thing was really usefull, as it has never been brought forth in the manga. But since Gokû's tail makes him an extraterrestrial, why couldn't Tenshinhan's 3rd eye make him alien also ? And the manga didn't specifically state that Ten' was a human. Thus the alien explanation is at least coherent and it should be mentionned in the infobox, at least in the form "human/alien". Planetzot
A tag has been placed on Planetzot, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done because it is an article about a certain web site, blog, forum, or other community of web users that does not assert the importance or significance of that web location. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles, as well as notability guidelines for websites. Please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page, and put a note on Talk:Planetzot. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. --Kinu /c 06:21, 17 December 2006 (UTC)
Escape from NY
Hi Prede, you undid most of my revisions. Editors are allowed to make revisions. It is not like articles have to stay the same. You may wish to check out the guidelines for film articles; overly long plot summaries are discouraged. Nazamo (talk) 20:24, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
- Hi, according to the Misplaced Pages Film Project guidelines, "The plot section is made self-contained (and is a totally separate section designated by ==Plot==), so plot details and actor names already mentioned in the lead section, and/or mentioned in a cast section, are repeated here. Plot summaries should be between 400 and 700 words and should not exceed 900 words unless there is a specific reason such as a very complicated plot."Nazamo (talk) 22:32, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
I did a word count on the plot summary as of Dec 16, 2007, and it clocks in at 950 words. Since EFNY is not a complex movie (while I love it, it is an action-scifi film, not an art film with a hugely complex plot), I argue that it should be in the main length range cited (400 to 700 words). So 250 words have to be trimmed.Nazamo (talk) 22:39, 16 December 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for experimenting with Misplaced Pages. Your image was inserted successfully into List of Kare Kano characters, and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thank you. Please stop adding non-free images to the article. Per Misplaced Pages policy, your additions are not appropriate. Also, do not continue trying to add a section on Pero-Pero. He is NOT a major character, and this list is not a catchall for every character in the series. Its fancruft that belongs on a wikia or anime wiki, not here. The existance of an article on Pen Pen does not justify your edits. Collectonian (talk) 21:24, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
- None of my edits were vandolism. You should have assumed good faith. The character is a major character (shown in almost all episodes) and should be listed. The artcile was listed for expension so that is what I was doing, expanding it. The fact the other pet exist justifies it for me. The pictures I added were very usefull and there was no reason they should have been deleted either. But whatever, I'll let you edit the artcile how you want. Prede (talk) 21:55, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
AfD nomination of Pero Pero
I have nominated Pero Pero, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Misplaced Pages's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/Pero Pero. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Collectonian (talk) 21:30, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
Bildungsroman
To make a conjecture answering the question in your edit comment, Eureka Seven may have been deleted from the list because neither it's page nor this one included any Reliable Source that categorized it as being a Bildungsroman. Categorizing it independantly as an editor merely by watching the content of the work is Synthesis a form of Original Research, which means it may be appropriate for deletion. While I agree Eureka Seven is almost certainly a valid example, Misplaced Pages is Verifiability, not truth. (Granted none of the other works properly justify their inclusion either. I feel this should be fixed). -Verdatum (talk) 21:55, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
- Hey man, thanks for answering my question. I was just listing it on that page. It was written under the genre and explenation of the anime Eureka Seven so I figured it was scourced or whatever. I was just putting it on that page, sense it seemed like it was just missing and just needed to be added there. I am sure it is a "Coming of Age" story, but I don't have any scources so. There might be scources on that page, not sure. Anyway none of the others seemed scource either if memory serves me. Oh well, perhaps in my free time I could list those examples as "need references" or whatever. But I'm kinda busy right now. :) Thanks for answering why it was deleted though I was very confused lol...As for now I say leave i there though. - Prede (talk) 22:12, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
- I agree, I see no need to remove it. Nor would it be of much help to tag each item in the list as needing citation, since none of them are cited, it's needlessly messy and the topic has already been raised in it's discussion section. -Verdatum (talk) 22:56, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
Tenshinhan
How the hell did this nonsense happen? What to fix? Please respond on your talk page, as I've watchlisted it. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 02:12, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
- You mean the refferences being messed up and all crazy?(at first i had no idea what you meant). I have no idea how that happened but I will look into what to fix, and respond here. - Prede (talk) 01:36, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
- I fixed the references being all screwed yp. It's now back to the way it should be ^^ , it was a simple mistake of putting the ref tag 2 times in the front and then ending it, instead of just putting it once in the front. Thanks for informing me - Prede (talk) 01:44, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah, that was it. Thanks. Do you happen to have the Daizenshū? I have no idea how to obtain it, much less a page number. Thoughts? Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 05:31, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
- No problem. Glad I could help. AND all I know about the Daizenshū is from this website http://saiyajinscholar.tripod.com/daiz.html . I don't have them nor do I know how/where people got them from. BUT the website says he got it from ebay.com and Amazon.com so I suggest starting there if you wanted to buy them. - Prede (talk) 22:14, 15 March 2008 (UTC)

Listen daizenshuu 7 lists tenshinhan as an alien there isn't any part of the manga who states tenshinhan as an human. 26. ^ "Biographies Tien" (2001). Retrieved on 2008-03-14. “People often wondered if this three-eyed warrior was even human like Krillin or Yamcha. He is.”
If you don't believe me contact daizenshuu site. Please read this thread:http://db.schuby.org/daizex/viewtopic.php?t=3605&highlight=tenshinhan Let me remind you VegettoEX showed us tenshinhan is in fact an alien. I'm not going to edit anymore, however now you have the proof and the scans. if an encyclopedia made by toriyama's staff under his supervision is not reliable i don't know what is reliable. Plus toriyama calls daizenshuu 7 perfect in the introduction. Good luck for db project, but with this kind of mistakes made by fanboys english wikipedia is not reliable. Let me remind you japanese wikipedia lists tenshinhan as an alien. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 195.23.133.162 (talk) 12:00, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
- I have no idea what you are trying to say or what you are talking about. Perhaps if you wrote in english I would pay attention to what you are talking about. If you are questioning what Tien is, he IS a human. I have a Beckett Magazine that proves it "The Best of DragonBall Z" , Beckett does not print incorect data. It also states Tien as a human in one of the DBZ games for Ps2 (idk what one right now). - Prede (talk) 23:01, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
- Okay, so how to decide? Is Tenshinhan human, mutant, extraterrestrial or what? The manga doesn't appear to clarify anything. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 04:48, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
- Like I said im 99.99% sure my "The Best of DragonBall Z" Beckett Magazine stated He was human, but the third eye is from becoming enlightened. - Prede (talk) 19:58, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
- I believe you. BTW, is the page on your watchlist? Just curious. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 20:04, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
- The Tien Page? Nah but I check it often. Perhaps I should add it to my watch page though. ALSO if anyone could get an online source for what speices he is (alien, mutant, human or whatever) that be great(but like I said by book said he was human). I went looking on the internet and couldn't find a thing. - Prede (talk) 20:06, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
- It would be greatly appreciated if you did watchlist it with me. If Daizenshū #7 says he is not human, then there would be a page number or ISBN. There isn't either. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 20:13, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
- I put it on my watchlist :) . Also maybe we should put up the thing that says "The following user(s) are actively contributing to this topic and may be able to help with questions about verification and sources" thingy on the talk page of Tenshinhan . - Prede (talk) 20:24, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
- What do you mean? Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 20:19, 18 March 2008 (UTC)

- Oh that thing. Go ahead and place it. I'll sign my name in a few. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 20:34, 18 March 2008 (UTC)

Anime/Manga Characters that can Fly
Can you comment on what you know of the subject here? Kinda upsy with this one. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 21:31, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
- On the part about characters who fly right? Ok I will. - Prede (talk) 21:39, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
"Blue Trilogy"
Well, anyone can say what they want on the Internet. Saying that one person's personal site represents a majority of fans is misrepresentative; we have no way of knowing if it's even true. (That pesky "reliable sources" thing.) If it gets picked up by a news site or a more vetted review, that would be best.
The whole "trivia" and "references to pop culture" should probably just be removed, actually; even if something may seem blatantly obvious, unless it's explicitly said (by interview or whatnot), it runs afoul of the original research policy to make the connection ourselves. (I'm too much of a chicken to do it myself.) —TangentCube, Dialogues 02:12, 7 April 2008 (UTC)
- Well like I said I was only sourcing what was already on the artcile. I figured ANY source is better then no source. I say leave the trivia section there. The reason I was sourcing it, was so there was SOME merit to that trivia, now it looks like someone just made it up(but they didn't). Ah whatever. I'm posting this on you talk page to incase you don't see it here. - Prede (talk) 03:43, 7 April 2008 (UTC)
Re: Tien not Human?
I'll need to get back to you on that. Let me just clear up my watchlist k? BTW, I just remembered that User:Folken de Fanel claimed to have a copy of Daizenshū #7 in French. Perhaps he can check and see if the alien part is true. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 23:33, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
- Ok take your time. there's no rush. But now I'm starting to really doubt my sources. Perhaps there was like a tranlation error when they translated it into english? Or maybe he's just posting nonsense. I think Tein's probally human though... I doubt both sources would be wrong. Get back to me whenever you have time. - Prede (talk) 23:38, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
- Why don't you try asking Folken for now? He might give you the answer you need. Lord Sesshomaru (talk • edits) 00:04, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
