Television episode"My Princess" |
---|
My Princess will be the 150th episode of the American Sitcom Scrubs. It will air as Episode 11 of Season 7
Plot
Dr. Cox recounts his tough day at the hospital to his son through an imaginative fairy tale. When Princess Elliot's handmaiden falls ill at the hands of an unknown monster the Village Idiot (JD) is summoned to help rescue her, but with the Dark Lord (Dr. Kelso) standing in their way, the duo can't do it alone. The Giant (Janitor) keeps an eye out for the heroes while the two-headed Turla (Turk and Carla) lends some magic, but it's the brave knight in shining armor -- storyteller -- Dr. Cox that lends them the knowledge that may save the day. However, with Dr. Kelso regulating shifts, the staff of Sacred Heart may not have time to figure out how to slay the monster. Will Elliot's patient live happily ever after?
Production
Reportedly the final episode to air on NBC, this episode, directed by Zach Braff will have numerous special effects. My Princess relates to such Scrubs episodes as My Musical and My Life in Four Cameras. It is the one episode in the season where they go all out, not to please every single person, but to make sure they have a good time doing the show.
Trivia
This episode was released one week early from the original United States broadcast in Ireland on May 1 by mistake instead of the original episode which was suppose to be My Dumb Luck. This mistake occurred due to the Irish television station accidentally broadcasting Scrubs in production order, of which My Princess was intended to be Episode 9 of Season 7, instead of the final air order which bumped My Princess to the 10th slot.
