James Cantor is my real-life name, and I am a professional sex researcher.

Misplaced Pages is interesting to me for being a place that permits interaction between people who study sexuality systematically (in theory, anyway) and people who live it directly. I quickly learned after coming here that many of the sexology articles already contain references to the people and organizations that are socially or politically involved in their topics. So, a large portion of my edits are about adding information and references from the scientific literature.

If you have a question about the literature on a sexology page, please feel free to ask if I can help.
