Stratford station is a London Underground and National Rail station at Stratford in Newham, east London. The station is served by the Central Line, Jubilee Line, the Docklands Light Railway, Silverlink, and 'one' railway.

The station consists of Low Level and High Level parts. The Low Level part of the station (platforms 1 & 2) is served by Silverlink on the North London Line. The three Jubilee line platforms (platforms 13-15) are nearby; Stratford is the line's eastern terminus.

The High Level is served by the Central Line (platforms 3 & 6), and 'one' services between Liverpool Street station and Shenfield or Southend Victoria (platforms 5 and 8-12). There is also a single bay platform (platform 4) at which DLR services terminate. Two c2c trains pass through the station each day as well on the way from Liverpool Street to Southend Central or vice versa. Platform 7 has been decommissioned.

Stratford station has existed since the opening of the Eastern Counties Railway in 1839. As well as a station, a railway works was also built, although much of this has since been turned into a freight terminal. The Central Line arrived in 1946, after being delayed due to the Second World War. The station underwent a major rebuilding in the late 1990s as part of the Jubilee Line Extension works, which saw the construction of an enormous steel and glass building that encloses much of the Low Level station and a new booking hall. The old booking hall, which lay at the eastern end of the station and was connected via a subway, has since been demolished.

On railway tickets, the station is called "Stratford London" to avoid confusion with Stratford-upon-Avon. The station is due to be renamed Stratford Regional station in 2007 when nearby Stratford International station is opened. An extension of the Docklands Light Railway over part of the North London Line will link the two stations.

Further expansion is planned both on the existing DLR station, to increase capacity (which is a major problem at peak times); and with the Crossrail project, which would bring a direct, fast link straight into Central London, further encouraging the regeneration of London E15.
