To whom it may concern: Fnagaton did not as requested above place any notice on my talk page about his allegations. FWIW, my first edit was on 14 April 2006 in the Memorex article and I got to Binary Prefixes on because of the mis-information about HDD capacity measurements; both edits could have been verified by Fnagton before making this accusation if he cared about truth. So I am clearly not a meat puppet! It is particularly galling that a ] is making this accusation. This is typical of his bullying ways, he is simply intolerant of any other view of the usefulness of IEC Binary Prefixes and will go to any extreme to shout down dissenting opinions, including fallacious accusations of sock puppetry. He also likes to do things in private and then announce his conclusions as consensus. His bullying tactics have silenced many editors, including not limited to Lightmouse, Thunderbird2 and Omegatron. I hope the administrator reviewing this false allegation takes the time to look at Fnagtron's behavior and rebukes him for wasting his/her time. A casual review of his history will show many cases of bullying and in this case one more big lie. BTW, if the administrator wants to send me an email I will reply with whatever information he/she needs to validate my status. Also I would appreciate some advice on how to deal with the cabal of GregL and Fnagaton who are acting in concert to suppress discussion and dissent. ] (]) 20:48, 28 August 2008 (UTC)

Evidence
  • Evidence supporting the allegations of sock puppetry should be provided here. When linking to articles, please use {{la}} (for talk pages, {{lat}}); diffs should be in the form . Remove this automatically-placed line once you have provided your evidence.
  • The Thunderbird2 and Tom94022 appear to be editing very closely related topics and have the same point of view. I suspect a sock puppet or meat puppet is at work here. For example:
    • Editing the same thing. Then Tom takes it upon himself to present the link from Thunderbird2's talk page.
    • The Tom account seems to be used for the purposes of making fallacious comments (weak ad hominem personal attacks) about "shouting" which is similar to how Thunderbird2 describes being "'shouting done". A case of good hand bad hand socks/meats?
    • When Thunderbird2 used a lot of reverts (for which he was later blocked for edit warring) by placing unwanted tags on the article then Tom makes a similar edit. The timing is such that Thunderbird2 stopped making the reverts once I filed the 3RR report at 16:00 but then Tom's edit happens shortly afterwards at 17:06.
    • More to come...

FWIW, my first edit was on 14 April 2006 in the Memorex article and I got to Binary Prefixes on 17 May 2006 because of the mis-information about HDD capacity measurements; both edits could have been verified by Fnagton before making this accusation if he cared about truth.
