Radio Philippines Network (RPN 9) is a Philippines television network headquartered in Quezon City, Philippines. It began in the late 1960s as Kanlaon Broadcasting System, under Roberto S. Benedicto. Kanlaon is a volcano in the Philippine island of Negros, the home province of Mr. Benedicto.
