If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button ] located above the edit window. Re your message: I deleted the article because at the time, you did not have any sources to back up your notability claims. I see that you have recreated the article and still do not have any sources and have tagged the article as not having sources. Can you please provide such sources?
