Cris Carter (born November 25, 1965) is a former football player. He played wide receiver for the Philadelphia Eagles 1987-89, the Minnesota Vikings 1990-2001 and the Miami Dolphins in 2002.
Carter attended Ohio State and was drafted by the Eagles in the 4th round of the 1987 NFL supplemental draft. He developed quite the drug habit while playing for the Eagles.
