Jhonny González (born September 15, 1981 in Pachuca, Hidalgo) is a Mexican professional boxer. He has a record of 34-6 (with 29 wins by KO).

Pro Career

On October 29, 2005, González defeated Ratanachai Sor Vorapin by TKO on 7th rounds, for the WBO bantamweight championship. On May 27, 2006, he defended it successfully against Fernando Montiel by a 2-1 split decision.

Gonzalez attempted to capture the WBC super-bantamweight title on September 16, 2006 but was lost to Israel Vázquez by knockout.
