Talk pages are specifically for communicating between users. Having other people leave messages on them is what they are for. You probably want a user page. You will need to create an account and log in then create your user page. Your host, cpc3-derb5-0-0-cust979.lei3.cable.ntl.com (82.31.95.212), is registered to Virgin Media, an Internet service provider through which multiple users may connect to the Internet via proxy, so you may receive messages on this page that were not intended for you.

To have your own user pages, keep track of articles you've edited in a watchlist, and have access to a few other special features, please consider registering an account! It's fast and free.

Review contributions carefully if blocking this IP address or reverting its contributions. If a block is needed, administrators should consider a soft block using Template:Anonblock. If you are autoblocked repeatedly, contact your Internet service provider or network administrator and request it contact Wikimedia's XFF project about enabling X-Forwarded-For HTTP headers on its proxy servers so that blocks will affect only the intended user. In response to vandalism from this IP address, abuse reports may be sent to its network administrator for investigation.
Network administrators, to monitor this IP address for vandalism, can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format.

OK, I'll stop reverting for 15 minutes

OK, I'll stop reverting for 15 minutes, maybe up to an hour or more if I get distracted, but then I'll restore the November and December warnings. Archive pages are typically used for registered-user talk pages and typically for items that are "old." IP addresses by their very nature do not "belong" to anyone, your ISP may reassign this IP address at any time. I've requested semi-protection of this page to keep you from editing it, but I just canceled that request on the assumption you are in fact trying to do something useful. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 23:06, 10 December 2008 (UTC)

He's only trying to help, and enforce one of our rules. It's a simple matter. You can always ask him nicely to stop sending you messages. Stwalkerster 23:11, 10 December 2008 (UTC)
