OK, I'll stop reverting for 15 minutes, maybe up to an hour or more if I get distracted, but then I'll restore the November and December warnings. Archive pages are typically used for registered-user talk pages and typically for items that are "old." IP addresses by their very nature do not "belong" to anyone, your ISP may reassign this IP address at any time. Talk pages are specifically for communicating between users. Having other people leave messages on them is what they are for. You probably want a user page. You will need to create an account and log in then create your user page.
