Lousoi (Λουσοί) or Lousai (Λουσαί) was an ancient city in Arcadian Azania that is now in the Achaia prefecture.

Lousoi was located between the ancient cities of Kleitor and Cynaethe at an elevation of 1,140 m. From the Lousous was Agesilas (Αγησίλας), winner in the sporting road at the Pydiada (Πυδιάδα) in 542 BC. During the council war 220-217 BC, the Aetolians arrived to the temple of Artemis and was respected from all the Greeks and the sacred shelter.

Lousoi was a part of the Achaean League and at the time when Pausanias arrived, it was ruined

The location of the ancient city has been founded and continues to excavate to the present, it is 15 km from Kalavryta and in the village of Soudena. The temple of Artemis has been excavated, even its surrounding buildings.. Its first excavations began in 1989 by the Austrian Institure of Athens</ref>.
