Outreau is a commune and the chief town of a canton of northern France, in the Pas-de-Calais département, arrondissement of Boulogne-sur-Mer. It belongs to the agglomeration Boulogne Côte d'Opale, which gathers 9 communes, and has a population of 122,755 inhabitants.
