Doritos is a brand of corn (maize) chips produced since the 1970s by the Frito-Lay company.
Originally produced and marketed only as tortilla chips and sold in red bags, Over the years, Doritos have produced new flavors and corresponding different bag colors.
The Doritos brand is also known for it's marketing campaigns, which have included many television commercials and product placement in movies, such as Wayne's World and other productions. Doritos are sold in many countries worldwide.
