Freedom skies is an editor with a history of sockfarming whom the Arbitration Committee has forbade the use of multiple accounts.

First known sockfarm
Second known sockfarm
Third known sockfarm

He has changed ISP in order to evade checkuser, and it is likely that he has done so again.

However, his current reincarnation is likely to be consistent with previous socks.
