"Silence of the Lamb" is episode 11 of season 1 of the television show Veronica Mars.
Plot
While digging up dirt on parents, Veronica finds out that Mac was actually switched at birth … with spoiled '09er Madison Sinclair. Meanwhile, Keith and Lamb have to work together to solve the E-String Strangler case.
Arc significance
- Veronica takes advantage of new Deputy Leo D'Amato to steal the Lilly Kane hotline CD and has Mac demodulate the voice, revealing that it was Clarence Weidman who gave the anonymous tip.

- This episode was originally supposed to air before "An Echolls Family Christmas".
- Despite being credited, Jason Dohring (Logan Echolls) and Teddy Dunn (Duncan Kane) do not appear in this episode.
