Jet magazine did a "Where are they now" feature on him, not a full scale interview as he has been touting. He was quoted as saying "Hollywood does not know what to do with me". It's been 23 years since The Last Dragon, and Hollywood still has no clue what to do with this well accomplished, hitmaking, potential earner actor & that's after 23 years. His other treasured works cannot be found anywhere. He is dating a lady he met on Myspace who is also half Italian and models lingerie. The company she models for is said to be a knockoff of the Pussycat Dolls.

Taimak (born Taimak Guarriello on June 27, 1964) is an American martial artist, model and actor, best known for having starred in the film The Last Dragon.

Early life

Born to an Italian father and African American mother, Taimak has studied Chinese goju, goju-ryu, taekwondo and jujutsu.

Career

Taimak Guarriello is best remembered as the star of the 1985 Film 'The Last Dragon'. Although Taimak had no formal acting training or experience, and was taught on set, Taimak aka 'Bruce Leroy' in the film, brought his martial arts skills and charm which undoubtedly contributed to the success of the film which grossed more than 25 million at the box office.
