KBSI (FOX 23) is the FOX television affiliate in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, serving a large area consisting of much of Southeast Missouri, far southern Illinois, the Jackson Purchase of far western Kentucky, northern regions of West Tennessee, and parts of northwest Arkansas. It is owned by the Sinclair Broadcast Group, and is the sister station to WDKA in Paducah, Kentucky.
