You have not answered the question I asked you earlier; I am going to assume you are the subject of the article, and if not, that you are real close to the subject--close enough for a conflict of interest. I am again reversing your changes, since they are non-encyclopedic and unverified. I have explained the problem with those edits a few times already. If you revert again, I am going to ask for a review of these edits. Unfortunately, you have reverted my removal of unverified and unencyclopedic material three times now in the last few hours, and that makes you guilty of edit warring. I have filed a notice at the Edit Warring noticeboard, see . While it is not my intention to have you blocked for edit warring, that is a possible consequence; I am much more interested in your editing adhering to the Misplaced Pages guidelines, some of which I have pointed out to you a few times before: the rules on ], for instance--since you keep adding links to things that are decidedly not reliable sources. The plethora of MySpace and other links is also not in accordance with our guidelines, as is the inclusion of information about the subject's brother and other family members. I hope you will take this moment to acquaint yourself with the function and workings of Misplaced Pages. Thank you, ] (]) 17:14, 30 July 2009 (UTC) |

Welcome to Misplaced Pages. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Shayan Italia has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Misplaced Pages. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Misplaced Pages. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): \bfacebook\.com (links: http://www.facebook.com/shayanitalia).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Misplaced Pages's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 21:38, 18 July 2009 (UTC)
- Welcome to Misplaced Pages. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Shayan Italia do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Misplaced Pages is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Since Misplaced Pages uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Template:Do not delete

- Claims made in articles on Misplaced Pages have to be substantiated by references to reliable sources. MySpace, or interviews (esp. on unreliable websites) where the subject himself 'verifies' the information, do not count as reliable sources, and such material may be removed by any editor at any time. File permission problem with File:Armour Of Love.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:Armour Of Love.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.
If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Misplaced Pages:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Misplaced Pages:Image copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Misplaced Pages:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Polly (Parrot) 00:27, 29 July 2009 (UTC)
edits to Shayan Italia
The reinsertion of unverified, unencyclopedic, and/or trivial material is disruptive and can count as vandalism. I have rolled back that reinsertion of such material as the subject's brother, awards verified only by a press release of the subject's agent, etc. I would urge you to acquaint yourself with some of the guidelines, such as WP:V and WP:RS. Also, are you, by any chance, more or less acquainted with the subject? Drmies (talk) 01:08, 30 July 2009 (UTC)
- BTW, a list of such links as Twitter and MySpace pages is always going to be removed. Misplaced Pages is not a substitute for a messageboard. Drmies (talk) 01:09, 30 July 2009 (UTC)
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Misplaced Pages, as you did at Shayan Italia. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Drmies (talk) 04:33, 30 July 2009 (UTC)
