FOUNDATION:

The Australian Monarchist League, although originally a part of the International Monarchist League (est. 1943), established itself as an independent Australian body in 1993.

PURPOSE:

The primary purpose of the Australian Monarchist League is to educate and inform the Australian public on Australian history and particularly on the Australian Constitution, to disseminate literature and to maintain a library on Australian colonial and federation history and the Constitution. The League also conducts seminars open to the public for the purpose of teaching Australian colonial and federation history and all aspects relating to the Constitution.
