K2 is an herbal smoking blend made of herbs and spices sprayed with synthetic cannabinoids (notably JWH-018), chemically similar to THC, which mimic the effects of Marijuana. It is a product similar to Spice. It is legal through most of the US, though the US Army has banned soldiers' use, and with Kansas and Missouri contemplating bans also. No studies have been done on its effects on humans.
