Cave Clan is a group dedicated to urban exploration. The organisation has branches in most states of Australia and in many countries around the world. Unlike traditional caving groups they do not limit their activities to natural cavities. It has been in operation for 15 years.
The organisation does not vandalise areas it explores, and has an excellent safety record, although one member was killed during caving activities.
Cave Clan has been the subject of many unfounded rumours throughout its existence, including allegations of criminal activity and ritual behaviour.
