This a list of probable affiliates of the The CW Television Network, to launch in fall 2006, together with their current affiliation. The new network is a merger of The WB and UPN networks. Please note that while stations listed here are on record as planning to affiliate with the new network, events between now and The CW's expected September launch may lead to changes in this list.
The new network will be based around 16 WB affiliates owned by Tribune Company (co-owner of the WB along with Time Warner) and 12 UPN affiliates owned by CBS Corporation. It should be assumed that other WB and UPN affiliates will opt to either affiliate with the new network or become independent.
