U.S. Route 366 was a U.S. route in the U.S. states of Texas and New Mexico. The highway's eastern terminus was in Amarillo, Texas at an intersection with its parent, U.S. Route 66. Its western terminus was in El Paso, Texas at the U.S.-Mexico border.
The route was assigned in 1926. In 1931, US 366 was deleted in favor of an expanded U.S. Route 60 through Texas, and a rerouted U.S. Route 70 through New Mexico. The southern segment, from Alamogordo, New Mexico to El Paso, Texas would later become part of U.S. Route 54.
