Talzhemir was able to adapt her background in crafts such as beading to pixel art. Along with Denis Loubet and Daniel Bourbonnais, she was one of the industry's first game artists.

She is also one of the early paper games writers. She co-wrote the tabletop roleplaying games TWERPS, "Pocket Universe" and "Quicksilver".

Along with Felorin, she is the co-creator of Furcadia. She designed and did art for Tangent Online, which became Total Entertainment Network, and then eventually Pogo.com.
