Samuel Clarence Ford (November 7, 1882– November 25, 1961) was an attorney and the 12th Governor of Montana.

Ford was born on November 7, 1882 in Albany, Kentucky. He served as an Attorney General and a Supreme Court Justice in Montana.

Ford was governor of Montana from 1941 to 1949. He was a member of the Republican party.

He is credited with reducing the state bureaucracy.
