I want to say it was also developed by the workers of the plantation. Who worked the lands,and harversted the sugarcane. Most of the workers now resides in that area.

Bushy Park Plantation in the Parish of St. Phillip, Barbados. It is home to the popular 'Bushy Park' race track, where race car drivers from around the world compete and showcase their skills. The race track was built by sugar cane plantation workers.
