Hey Captain -- about a month ago, you had nominated Phil Collins for FAC and the nomination failed as the article wasn't ready. I was motivated by your nomination and spend the next couple of weeks fixing it up. I nominated it again last week, and the vote went through -- Phil Collins is now a featured article! Thanks for originally nominating it last month. Had it not been brought up, I wouldn't have taken the time to look at it and fix it to its current form. --] 07:14, 15 February 2006 (UTC) Hey Captain -- about a month ago, you had nominated Phil Collins for FAC and the nomination failed as the article wasn't ready. :That's great! Thanks for all the time you put into it. I've always been interested in British popular music of the 1980s, and Collins is one of my favorites. It's a telltale sign that a musician is great when you love almost all of their songs. ] 19:17, 15 February 2006 (UTC) :That's great! Thanks for all the time you put into it. I noticed your note left in the talk section of the books' page, and i would just like to suggest that you check your local library, they generally stock much more media dealing with controversial subjects. Also, you can check a user's creation/first edit date by using the popup tool, just hold your cursor over the usuername and a menu should pop up with count as an option, click on that. check ] if you dont have it already. -- ] 22:30, 2 April 2006 (UTC)

Lists are not stubs

Lists should not be tagged with stub templates, please use {{listdev}} (which also add a category) or {{Dynamic list}} over text. Also the {{stub}} has been deprecated in favor of stub categories. It is alsoa good idea to provide a category or two to your newly created articles. Circeus 17:08, 15 January 2006 (UTC)

Questions

To anyone who can answer,

  • Where can I find out when an user registered?
  • Where can I find out how long an articles is in kilobytes?

Prematurely deceased entertainer categories

Hi. FYI, folks are trying again to delete the prematurely deceased entertainer categories at Misplaced Pages:Categories for deletion/Log/2006 January 17#Entertainers who died.... I noticed you voted to save them in the past and thought you might want to know.  :) —Wknight94 (talk) 00:22, 18 January 2006 (UTC)

Page name for temperature articles

To avoid flip-flopping between 'degree Fahrenheit' and 'Fahrenheit' or 'degree Celsius' and 'Celsius', I propose that we have a discussion on which we want. I see you have contributed on units of measurement, please express your opinion at Talk:Units of measurement. Thanks. bobblewik 22:49, 12 February 2006 (UTC)
